Caleb's Cafe Guidelines

Caleb's Cafe is an online resource designed to support and enhance the community and tasks shared by various kinds of Christian groups. Because of the unique nature of our service, Caleb’s Cafe takes seriously some basic guidelines for behavior and usage of our service. Caleb's Cafe describes the terms of your use of our services in the Caleb's Cafe Terms of Service and in these Guidelines. Some important points to remember when using Caleb’s Cafe include:

  1. Caleb's Cafe is a Christian community, and as such, members are expected to act in ways that are consistent with Christian character.
  2. Members may not harass, abuse, threaten, or advocate violence against other members or individuals or groups.
  3. Members may not post content that is harmful to minors.
  4. Members may not employ language or post files, photos or any other form of content that is obscene, vulgar, otherwise objectionable, or in violation of federal or state law.
  5. Members may not use Caleb's Cafe for advertising or commercial purposes.
  6. Members may not post content which infringes upon the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of third parties. This includes but is not limited to copyrighted music, video or written media.
  7. Caleb's Cafe reserves the right to remove content that it determines, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate for a Christian community and in violation of our Terms of Service or Guidelines.
  8. Members may not use a Caleb's Cafe group site solely for the purpose of storing and archiving files or photos.

If you are unsure whether specific content is consistent with these guidelines, please play it safe and do not post your content in any Caleb’s Cafe group.

Caleb's Cafe's Right To Terminate.

Caleb's Cafe, in its sole discretion, may terminate or remove any content, Group site or user account immediately and without notice if (1) Caleb's Cafe believes that you have acted inconsistently with the spirit or the letter of our Terms of Use or these Guidelines, or (2) Caleb's Cafe believes you have violated or tried to violate the rights of others. Caleb’s Cafe appreciates the help of our members in upholding the Christian character of our community.
