My Groups

Screenshot Descriptions

1The top menus are visible on all Caleb’s Cafe screens. Once you are logged in, the system remembers you.

2 • All the groups you have joined show in your “My Groups” panel. Clicking on any group name takes you instantly into that group’s homepage.

3 • All groups are set by default to auto-email messages or comments to you. You can turn this feature on or off (for example, when you go on vacation) as often as you wish. But don’t you want to stay in-the-know? Leave these boxes checked!

4Need to leave a group? Simply login, go to your “My Groups” panel and click “Leave Group”. If the group is private, you’ll need an invitation email from the group leader to get back in.

5 • The menus in the upper right-hand portion of the screen always allow you easy access to your “My Groups” panel. That makes it easy to move quickly between your groups.

6It’s really easy to create a new group. Seriously, it takes less than 60 seconds and your group site is ready. Add a group for your family, your scattered friends, or that committee you wish met less often (do the work online!). Once your group is created, simply click on the “People” tab and invite others to join. Go ahead, you know you want to click that button. New groups are always free!

Think about it, if you are part of a church or Christian organization, you are likely already a member of several small groups. Bible study classes, choirs, committees, teams, and project or missions groups are all just different kinds of groups. Caleb’s Cafe can help all kinds of groups connect smarter and easier.

With your free user account on Caleb’s Cafe, you can be a member of as many groups as you’d like. Better yet, your “My Groups” screen makes it easy to move between your groups easily. Once you’ve logged in to Caleb’s Cafe, you can move among your groups quickly, using your “My Groups” panel.

So go ahead, lead your groups to join Caleb’s Cafe (free group sites are always available), and simplify your life. (And don’t forget, families and groups of friends are also welcome to form groups on Caleb’s Cafe).
